If
you're looking for a dedicated server it may be useful to know
that there are 3 types of dedicated server deals available on
the internet. These are: fully managed, semi-managed and non
managed. We only offer fully managed dedicated servers for total
peace of mind.
Fully
managed servers
This is where the provider looks after your server for you to ensure
stability, security and maximum uptime. All server tasks required to
kept your server up and running are performed by the provider, free
of charge. This is what we offer.
Semi-managed
servers
This is where the provider will offer support and help at a price. Typically
these providers work on a per hour basis and can range from $100.00
an hour up to $250.00 an hour. These deals are much cheaper than fully
managed due to the profit made in "support" fees, even for
the most simple of server admin tasks.
Non-managed
servers
This is where the provider does not offer any support at all and any
problems must be fixed by the customer or another company that the customer
pays. These are the cheapest dedicated server deals available and are
only recommended for advanced server admins.
